• Final deliverables will be provided upon receipt of full payment
• Edithh retains the right to feature completed work in this portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to any materials provided for use in a project

Specific terms for individual projects will be outlined in a separate client agreement or proposal.

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

Payment terms are agreed on a per-project basis and outlined in each project proposal. General conditions include:

• A deposit may be required before work begins on larger projects
• Cancellation of a project after work has commenced may result in partial or full forfeiture of any deposit paid
• Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in the project agreement

All prices are quoted in the agreed currency and are subject to change for new projects.
